 A733

全志A733是一款经济实惠的基于ARM的SoC芯片,适用于中端智能手机和平板电脑。这款于2024年底推出的八核处理器由两个集群组成:两个主频高达2 GHz的ARM Cortex A76内核和六个主频高达1.79 GHz的ARM Cortex A55内核。此外,还有一个 Risc-V E902 内核(阿里巴巴玄铁 E902 实时内核,频率可能为 150 MHz),它采用开放指令集工作,能耗极低。谷歌曾多次宣布打算通过Android 支持这种处理器架构,但支持还没有真正具体化。NPU 单元是可选的,最高可提供 3 个 TOP。计划有 3 种不同的型号:

  • 全志A733MX-HN3(带NPU和HDMI
  • 全志 A733MX-N3X 带 NPU,不带 HDMI
  • 全志 A733MX-HXX 带 HDMI 输出,不带 NPU

根据全志科技的说法,最高支持 16 GB LPDDR5 内存。不过,首款搭载该 SoC 的 Teclast P50 AI 机型仅使用了 6 GB 硬件内存和 10 GB 虚拟内存。因此,目前还不清楚是否真的可以实现 16 GB 硬件 RAM。数据可使用快速 UFS 3.0 闪存。除了 PCIe 3.0 接口外,还支持 USB 3.1 Gen.此外,还有一个 H264/H265 视频解码器(最高 8K,每秒 24 帧)和一个 H264 编码器(最高 4K,每秒 30 帧)。

集成显卡为 IMG BXM-4-64 MC1作为集成显卡使用。

全志 A733 采用 12 纳米工艺制造。
