AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650U是基于 Cezanne 一代的轻薄笔记本电脑处理器。 R55650U基于Zen3微架构集成8个核心中的6个,是上市时速度第三快的U系列处理器。 核心以2.3(保证基本时钟)~4.2GHz(涡轮)的速度时钟,支持SMT/超线程(12线程)。 芯片采用TSMC的现代7nm工艺制造。

PRO CPU 提供了额外的管理和安全功能。 5650U与Ryzen 55600U相同。

新的 Zen3 微体系结构提供比 Zen2 更高的 IPC(每个时钟的指令)。 台式机处理器的AMD平均提高了19%,应用程序评论以相同的时钟速度提高了约12%。

Zen 3 提高了时钟速度,提高了 IPC 性能,因此 Ryzen 5 PRO 5650U 必须比 200 MHz 低时钟的 Ryzen 54500U 更快。

APU除了6个CPU核心外,还内置了7个CU和1800MHz的Radeon RX Vega 7集成显卡。 双通道内存控制器支持DDR4-3200和节能LPDR4-4266 RAM。 此外,在芯片上还可以找到 12MB级 3高速缓存 (4800U的 8MB以上 )。

APU的TDP由笔记本电脑供应商指定为15瓦特(默认),可配置10~25瓦特(大部分芯片配置为15瓦特以上)。 也就是说,该芯片适用于薄型、轻型的笔记本电脑(风扇)。
