AMD R3 5300U

AMD Ryzen 35300U是基于Lucianne一代的轻薄笔记本电脑处理器。 R35300U基于Zen2微架构集成四个核心(四核)。 2.6(保证基本时钟)~3.8GHz(涡轮)时钟,支持SMT/超线程(8线程)。 该芯片采用TSMC的7nm现代工艺制造,与老式Ryzen 34300U(Renoir)相比,Ryzen 35300U具有超线程和稍高的时钟速度。 速度较快的Ryzen 35400U基于最新的Zen 3体系结构。 有关 Lucianne/Renoir 体系结构的详细信息,请参见 Renoir Processors 的集线器页面。

性能必须比旧的Ryzen 34300U稍高(得益于SMT支持和更高的时钟速度),并且非常适合日常工作。

除了四个 CPU 核心外,APU 还内置了 Radeon RX Vega 6 集成显卡,具有 6 个 CU 和 1500 MHz。双通道内存控制器支持 DDR4-3200 和节能 LPDR4-4266 RAM。 另外,在芯片上也可以找到 4MB电平 3的高速缓存。

APU的TDP由笔记本电脑供应商指定为15瓦特(默认),可配置10~25瓦特(大部分芯片配置为15瓦特以上)。 也就是说,该芯片适用于薄型、轻型的笔记本电脑(风扇)。
