AMD R5 7520U

AMD Ryzen 5 7520U是一款用于低成本Mendocino系列笔记本的移动处理器。它集成了四个较早的Zen 2内核(类似于Ryzen 4000系列,如Ryzen 3 4300U)。CPU核心的运行频率从2.8 GHz(基本)到4.3 GHz(单核Turbo)不等,可以使用4MB的L3缓存。由于采用了SMT/超线程技术,CPU可以同时在8个线程上工作。集成内存控制器只支持快速的LPDDR5内存(最高5500 MHz)。

集成显卡(Radeon 610M iGPU)使用现代的RDNA 2架构,但只有2个CU(128个着色器),最高运行速度为1.9 GHz。

由于更快的内存和更高的时钟频率,CPU性能预计将略好于四核Ryzen 4000U。

Mendocino系列是在台积电相对现代的6纳米FinFET工艺下生产的,应该能提供良好的电源效率。R5 7520U的额定TDP为8-15W,因此很适合轻薄型笔记本电脑使用。
