AMD R7 7840U

AMD Ryzen 7 7840U 是凤凰系列中速度最快的高端笔记本电脑处理器,也是 U 系列中速度最快的机型。它基于支持超线程(16 线程)的Zen 4 架构,提供 8 个内核(八核心)。内核频率从 3.3(基本)到 5.1 GHz(单核提升)。处理器包含 8 MB 二级缓存和 16 MB 三级缓存。

根据工作负载的不同,R7 7840U 的性能仅略低于 Ryzen 7 7840HS(更高的基本时钟速度和 TDP)。与上一代产品相比 Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U相比,由于采用了 Zen 4 架构和更高的时钟速度,7840U 的速度明显更快。

该芯片集成了名为 Radeon 780MRadeon 780M,拥有 12 个 CU,时钟频率高达 2.7 GHz。此外,Phoenix 系列还包括一个具有 AV1 de- 和编码功能的视频引擎、一个基于 Xilinx FPGA 的全新XDNA AI 加速器(Ryzen AI),其速度应该比Apple M2 SOC 中的 AI 引擎更快;以及一个双通道 DDR5-5600 / LPDDR5x-7500 内存控制器(支持 ECC)。连接功能包括 2 个可能的 USB 4(40 Gbps)端口和 20 个 PCIe 4.0 通道,用于 GPU 和 SSD。

Phoenix 系列采用单芯片设计(不同于 7045HX 系列的芯片组设计),在台积电采用现代4 纳米工艺制造。TDP 可在 15 至 30 瓦(默认 28 瓦)之间配置。
