AMD R3 3250U

AMD Ryzen 3 3250U是一款移动双核SoC,于2019年1月发布。它结合了两个主频为2.6-3.5 GHz的Zen +内核(具有SMT /超线程,因此可以运行4个线程),并带有Radeon RX Vega 3显卡,具有3个CU(192个着色器)的时钟频率高达1200 MHz。该SoC的额定功耗为15瓦TDP,适用于中型笔记本电脑。与较旧的Ryzen 3 3200U的区别仅在于降低的最高温度规格(相对于105°C为95)。

Picasso SoC使用Zen +微体系结构并进行了一些细微的改进,从而可以将IPS(每时钟性能)提高3%。此外,12nm工艺允许以相似的功耗获得更高的频率。

集成的双通道内存控制器最多支持DDR4-2400内存。由于毕加索APU的性能与Raven Ridge的前代产品相同,因此,我们推荐参考Raven Ridge的文章。

与更快的四核毕加索APU相比,Ryzen 3 3250U仅支持3个显示器,而不是4个显示器。

AMD表示,毕加索APU比以前的产品快8%。因此,Ryzen 3 3250U应该比Ryzen 3 2200U(带有SMT的2.5-3.4 GHz双核)更强。
