AMD Radeon R7 250

AMD Radeon R7 250是一款为台式电脑设计的低端显卡,最早发布于2013年10约。它基于“Oland”显卡芯片,采用28纳米技术制造。这块显卡提供了384个着色器单元和128位的显存界面(1GB GDDR5,74GB/s)。它也有一些采用较慢的DDR3显存的版本。


架构


R7 250采用了与较老的Radeon HD 8570和8670相同的芯片。Oland是基于GCN架构的芯片,提供了384个着色器,24个TMU和8个ROP。相比HD 8670,R7 259的频率较高,核心频率为1050MHz,GDDR5显存频率为1150MHz(4600MHz有效频率)。和高端的R9 290X相同,R7 250也支持DirectX 11.2(仅第一级),但缺少新的Trueaudio功能。


性能


根据游戏和设定的不同,Radeon R7 250与Nvidia GeForce GTX 650的性能相近。因此,这款显卡与快速的中端笔记本显卡水平相近,例如GeForce GT 755M。最新的游戏(2013年)可以在1366x768像素和中高设置下流畅运行。对于一些更老或要求较低的游戏,使用更高的分辨率或开启AA/AF设置也是可能的。


特性


R7 250支持一些著名的功能如Eyefinity(最多两个显示器),也支持一些创新的功能,如一个新的加速模式。根据功耗和温度的不同,它的核心可以加速到1050MHz。因此,它并没有官方的基础频率数据,只有一个最低频率作为规格。
