AMD Ryzen 5 7600 是拉斐尔系列中的一款快速中端台式机处理器。它基于 Zen 4 架构,提供 6 个内核,支持超线程(12 个线程)。内核频率从 3.8 GHz(基本)到 5.1 GHz(单核提升)不等。

拉斐尔系列仍然采用芯片组设计,两个 CCD 集群(每个集群有 8 个可能的核心)采用 5 纳米工艺,一个 IO-die(包括内存控制器和 Radeon Graphics iGPU)采用 6 纳米工艺。

R5 7600X 的额定 TDP 为 65 瓦。
