AMD R5 7600X

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X是Raphael系列的一款快速中端台式机处理器。它提供基于Zen 4架构的6个内核,支持超线程(12个线程)。这些核心的运行频率从4.7(基础)到5.7 GHz(单核提升)不等。当所有6个内核都满载时,最大时钟速度为5.3 GHz。 

由于改进的架构和现代5纳米工艺,R5 7600X的性能明显优于之前的Ryzen 5 5600X。由于高涡轮增压时钟速度(与Ryzen 9 7950X等高端CPU相比为-400 MHz),单核性能非常好。当然,由于6个核心,多线程性能不是很有竞争力。

拉斐尔系列仍然采用芯片设计,在5纳米工艺下有两个CCD集群(每个集群可能有8个核心),在6纳米工艺下有一个IO-die(包括内存控制器和Radeon Graphics iGPU)。

R5 7600X的TDP为105瓦,与5000系列相比,拉斐尔相当耗电。
