AMD Ryzen 9 PRO 6950HS是基于伦勃朗一代的大型(工作站)笔记本电脑处理器。R9 6950HS 集成了基于 Zen 3+ 微架构的全部八个内核。它们的主频为 3.3(保证基本时钟)至 4.9 GHz(Turbo),支持 SMT/超线程(16 线程)。芯片采用现代 6 纳米台积电工艺制造。与 HX 版本相比,HS 版本的总功耗(TDP)低 10 W,因此持续性能较低。专业版 R7 6800HS配备额外的管理功能和微软 Pluton 安全处理器。

新的 Zen 3+ 是 Zen 3 架构的升级版,应该不会有太大变化。不过,芯片本身提供了许多新功能,如支持 USB 4(40 Gbps)、PCI-E Gen 4、DDR5-4800MT/s 或 LPDDR5-6400MT/s、WiFi 6E、蓝牙 LE 5.2、DisplayPort 2 和 AV1 解码。

最大的亮点是 集成图形处理器 Radeon 680M现在基于 RDNA2 架构,提供 12 个 CU,频率高达 2.4 GHz。在发布时,它应该是最快的 iGPU。

性能

我们数据库中 6950HS 的平均性能与 英特尔酷睿 i7-1280P, AMD Ryzen 9 4900H, 英特尔酷睿 i7-11800H就多线程基准测试成绩而言,它明显落后于强大的第 12 代 Alder Lake H 处理器。截至 2022 年年中,这款 Ryzen 9 系列芯片仍能满足适当的游戏和内容创作需求。但要注意的是,与其将芯片性能提升到极限,不如将能效放在首位。

功耗

Ryzen 的默认 TDP 为 35 W(也称为 PL1)。这对于被动冷却设计来说太高了。

APU 采用台积电的 6 纳米工艺制造,具有极高的能效(截至 2022 年底)。
