AMD Ryzen 54680U是基于Renoir体系结构的轻薄笔记本电脑处理器。 4680U基于Zen2微架构集成6个核心。 SMT/超线程支持(12个线程),2.1(保证基本时钟)~4GHz(涡轮)。 该芯片在 TSMC 中采用现代 7nm 工艺制造,部分得益于 AMD 宣传 Renoir 芯片每瓦特性能提高 2 倍。 与老款的Ryzen 54600U相比,4680U似乎完全相同。

Ryzen 54600U的内核减少了2个,在多线程工作负载上明显比Ryzen 74980U慢。 但是,它仍将超过最快的15瓦特冰湖英特尔酷睿i7-1065G7(4核,3.9GHz)。 采用4GHz Boost时钟,单核性能必须相同。 因此,Ryzen 54680U的CPU速度非常快,明显比以前的Ryzen 73700U快。

除6个CPU内核外,APU还内置6个CU和1500MHz的Radeon RX Vega 6集成显卡。 双通道内存控制器支持DDR4-3200和节能LPDR4-4266 RAM。 另外,在芯片上也能够找到 8MB级 3高速缓存。 有关详细信息,请参见 Renoir Processors 的集线器页面。

APU的TDP由笔记本电脑供应商指定为15瓦特(默认),可配置10~25瓦特。 也就是说,该芯片适用于薄型、轻型的笔记本电脑(风扇)。
