AMD R7 4980U

AMD Ryzen 74980U是基于Renoir体系结构的轻薄笔记本电脑处理器。 4980U基于Zen2微架构整合了所有8个核心。 2(保证基本时钟)~4.4GHz(涡轮)时钟,支持SMT/超线程(16线程)。 该芯片采用现代7nm TSMC工艺制造,部分得益于AMD,Renoir芯片每瓦特性能提高了2倍。

Ryzen 4000U芯片速度最快,比以前的Ryzen 74800U时钟快200MHz(基本时钟和Boost时钟)。 但是,基于Zen3的新型Ryzen 75800U采用新的体系结构,因此速度应该更快。

除了 8 个 CPU 内核外,APU 还内置了 8 个 CU 和 1950 MHz 的 Radeon RX Vega 8 集成显卡。 双通道内存控制器支持DDR4-3200和节能LPDR4-4266 RAM。 另外,在芯片上也能够找到 8MB级 3高速缓存。 有关详细信息,请参见 Renoir Processors 的集线器页面。

APU的TDP由笔记本电脑供应商指定为15瓦特(默认),可配置10~25瓦特。 也就是说,该芯片适用于薄型、轻型的笔记本电脑(风扇)。
