Apple M2 Pro 是Apple 推出的一款片上系统(SoC),用于 2023 年初的 MacBook Pro 14 和 16 英寸机型。它提供芯片中所有 可用的12 个内核 ,分为 8 个性能内核(P-cores)和 4 个能效内核(E-cores)。E 核心的主频最高可达 3.4 GHz,P 核心的主频最高可达 3.7 GHz(在多线程工作负载中主要为 3.3 GHz,在单线程工作负载中为 3.4 GHz)。

大核(代号 Avalanche)提供 192 KB 指令缓存、128 KB 数据缓存和 36 MB 共享二级缓存(M1 Pro 为 24 MB)。四个高效内核(代号 Blizzard)则小得多,只提供 128 KB 指令缓存、64 KB 数据缓存和 4 MB 共享缓存。CPU 和 GPU 可同时使用 24 MB SLC(系统级缓存)。

芯片旁边的统一内存(16 或 32 GB LPDDR5-6400)由 256 位内存控制器(带宽 200 GB/s)连接,GPU 和 CPU 均可使用。

Apple M2 Pro 的性能比M1 Pro高出 25%M1 Pro高出 25%。

M1 Pro 的集成显卡提供全部 19 个内核。

此外,SoC 还集成了快速 16 核神经引擎(比 M1 Pro 更快)、安全飞地(例如用于加密)、统一内存架构、Thunderbolt 4 控制器、ISP 以及媒体解码器和编码器(包括 ProRes)。

M2 Pro 采用台积电 5 纳米制造工艺(第二代),集成了 400 亿个晶体管。
