Apple Apple M3 Max 16-Core

Apple M3 是Apple 于 2023 年底推出的笔记本电脑片上系统(SoC)。它集成了一个新的 8 核 CPU,其中 4 个性能内核的主频高达 4.06 GHz,4 个效率内核的主频高达 2.75 GHz。Apple 声称,该 CPU 比旧的 M2(3.5 GHz)快 20%。 Apple M2(3.5 GHz).

GPU 和 CPU 可一起访问软件包上的统一内存。它仍有 8 GB、16 GB 和 24 GB 三种规格可供选择,并提供相同的 100 GB/s 最大带宽(与 Pro 机型不同的是,Pro 机型的内存带宽有所降低)。

集成的 16 核神经引擎也进行了修改,现在可提供 18 TOPS 的峰值性能(M2 为 15.8 TOPS,而新的 A17 Pro 为 35 TOPS)。视频引擎现在支持硬件 AV1 解码。H.264、HEVC 和 ProRes(RAW)仍可解码和编码。

遗憾的是,集成的无线局域网只支持 Wi-Fi 6E(不支持 Wi-Fi 7),而且由于只支持单个外接显示器,该芯片也不支持 Thunderbolt 4(官方支持 Thunderbolt 3/USB4,速度为 40 Gbit/s)。

该芯片采用台积电目前的 3 纳米工艺(最有可能是 N3B)制造,包含 250 亿个晶体管(与Apple M2 相比增加了 25%)。3 纳米工艺还有助于提高芯片的效率。在负载情况下,M3 CPU 的功耗约为 20 瓦。
