Google Tensor G2

谷歌Tensor G2 SoC是谷歌和三星为谷歌Pixel智能手机开发的一款芯片。它是谷歌Tensor G1的继任者,仍然具有相同的处理器内核。这部分处理器包括两个快速的ARM Cortex-X1内核,能够达到2.85GHz(而G1为2.8GHz),两个中端Cortex-A78内核,能够达到2.35GHz,四个小型ARM Cortex-A55效率内核,能够达到1.8GHz。缓存是相同的,CPU的L3缓存为4MB,系统级缓存为8MB。因此,CPU的性能与第一代Tensor SoC非常相似。

一个很大的改进是新的TPU,与它的前辈相比,它应该更强大,更省电。在我们的测试中,人工智能性能提高了约50%。

iGPU也得到了改进,现在使用更现代的ARM Mali G710架构,有7个内核。

该芯片还集成了一个泰坦M2安全处理器,一个LPDDR5内存控制器,以及一个用于10位HDR/4k/60视频和108MP摄像头的ISP。

该SoC是在三星公司以5纳米工艺制造的。
