Reviews for the HP Elite x2 1012 G1
商务精英。 惠普Elite x2 1012 G1将与微软Surface Pro 4直接对抗。这款变形本提供了键盘底座,主动式手写笔和LTE模组。不过近1500欧元(约11116人民币)的售价当然不算便宜。

HP has released a very nice product with the Elite x2. However, that doesn't mean this device is for everyone. If you don't intend to use it as a tablet, then you're probably better off buying a dedicated laptop and the Dell XPS 13 is still my favorite in that category. That's not a knock on the Elite x2 but rather on the category of product in general.

The HP Elite X2 is a very good attempt at replacing a laptop. However, just like the Surface Pro 4, the Elite X2 isn't quite there yet. It performs well, and has a great keyboard. Plus, the fact that you can replace its internals is a big point in its favour. However, the poor battery life and sub-par touchpad are definite issues that need work. It's a device worth considering if you're in the market for a 2-in-1 and can afford to spend over Rs. 1 lakh.

HP's Elite x2 edges out Microsoft's Surface Pro 4 as our favorite 2-in-1 for work – but just barely. The systems are very similar, with excellent pen support, nice snap-on keyboards and relatively zippy real-world performance. The Elite x2 beats the Surface in three key areas, though, with superior security, including secure manageability; stronger durability credentials; and better connectivity thanks to its USB Type-C port.

The 1012's solid build, smart screen, included keyboard, and generally good showing on productivity chores might make it a decent business companion. But you don't need to glance far down or up the price spectrum to find our Editors' Choice recipients, the Miix 700 and the Surface Pro 4, as better options at their particular price points.

HP's Elite x2 is a must-look for any buyer considering a Microsoft Surface-like computer, and the quality bundled keyboard means it effectively costs less, too. The HP Elite x2 is different. Starting at the same $899 as a Surface Pro 4 (£708 in the UK or AU$1661 in Australia), HP's 12-inch tablet includes the keyboard cover that Microsoft's slate lacks.

The Elite x2 certainly makes an admirable attempt at beating the Surface Pro 4 at its own game, but this particular model is ever so slightly off-target. That’s not to say it misses the mark completely, though, as its generally stellar build quality and sturdy keyboard are both excellent. Likewise, its enterprise-friendly features will appeal to IT admins and employees alike, and its replaceable parts make it easier to fix if something goes wrong. However, if battery life and a top-notch display are top priorities, then the Surface Pro 4 is still the 2-in-1 hybrid to beat. Buy the Elite x2 1012 now from HP.

The Elite x2 nearly achieves the 2-in-1 dream: usability in both tablet and notebook modes. The inputs are enterprise laptop quality for sure. Unfortunately, the battery is not. The Elite x2's cost also limits its market. The usability of the x2 may not be worth enough to justify its relatively high price tag to the Netflix and Candy Crush crowd. HP designed the Elite x2 for business and business is likely what they'll get.

You could drop HP's Elite x2 convertible and it probably wouldn't blink, which is probably a good thing considering how easily it falls off your lap. That's the give-and-take of this durable, repairable convertible, a solid corporate performer with a few design drawbacks. Still, it's one of the better Surface clones we've seen.

While the Surface Pro 4 is the best Windows detachable for work and play, the Elite x2 is the best hybrid for business. We like the durable and easy-to-service design, port selection, and that the keyboard and active pen are included. Plus, the Elite x2 offers a wide range of security features that IT departments typically demand.

If you like the style of HP's Spectre x2 but need something more durable and more suitable for work, the Elite x2 is exactly the right choice -- it brings with it most of the Spectre's pleasing design aesthetics and combines them with a slew of business-friendly features. The tablet isn't just for business users, though, and would be just as suitable for power users who need security, durability, and want it in a beautiful, nearly artistic package.

There are many things HP has managed to get right with the Elite x2, and they’re all respectable: it comes from a solid base of the Spectre x2, which we liked tremendously, and it has improved on that design with more durability in the hinge, a more usable array of ports even if only one has changed, and all of that serviceability. It’s clear: the HP Elite x2 is a tablet laptop hybrid made for business, and made for businesses that demand long term computers, not just ones that will work for the next few months.

It may be a slightly shameless copy, but so far I rather like what I’ve seen of the HP Elite X2. It takes the Microsoft Surface recipe, refines it with an even better keyboard, and adds in some truly useful business features such as in-house repairability, improved security features and a Kensington lock slot.

If you're interested in buying a 2-in-1 laptop, the HP Elite x2 1012 stands second-to-none. Although it doesn't have the highest-level configurations of a Surface Pro 4 or Surface Book, the Elite x2 1012 is an attractive and affordable hybrid capable of excelling.
