Reviews for the Infinix INbook X1

88% Infinix InBook X1 Slim Review: All the Essentials at the Right Price
Source: NDTV Gadgets English EN→zh-CN
Inflation is unavoidable these days and every rupee saved can matter. Infinix has managed to cover all the basics that the average home user, student or professional could need. The InBook X1 Slim is relatively affordable and the usage experience is not compromised in terms of build quality, missing features, or weak performance. It doesn't go above or beyond the basics and it might not be as versatile as you'd like a few years down the line, but cost is a huge factor for buyers of laptops in this segment. The entry-level variant, priced at Rs. 29,990 (before offers) is just about right in terms of meeting the needs of the average user. The RAM is not upgradeable but 8GB should be enough. The middle variant, as reviewed here, is also pretty good value at Rs. 39,990. The top-end variant, priced at Rs. 49,999, will have a more niche audience. If you need some serious number-crunching power and don't much care about entertainment or looks, it strikes an interesting balance.

80% Infinix Inbook X1 Slim review: Lacks bells and whistles but feels dependable
Source: The Indian Express English EN→zh-CN
The X1 Slim isn’t leading the way in performance, and laptops in this price point, in general, don’t seem to be offering anything groundbreaking. Having said that, for those looking for something practical and dependable in the budget laptop space the Infinix Inbook X1 Slim fits the bill perfectly despite some imperfections.

80% Infinix INBook X1 Slim review: THE best laptop under ₹30000
Source: The Times of India English EN→zh-CN
The Infinix INBook X1 Slim is a splendid laptop considering the price Infinix is asking. For Rs. 30000, you are getting a Windows 11 laptop that has a very nice FHD display, runs fast with its Intel Core i3 processor, has a very fast SSD storage, offers all the necessary I/O ports, and a decent set of keyboard and trackpad. Not to forget, it looks stunning too. The battery life is weak and Infinix could have stuffed a bigger battery inside, but it makes up for it with a 65W fast charger. I would also recommend you spend a bit more and get the 512GB storage variant, if you seek longevity. Honestly, why would you buy anything else at this price? Laptops from Asus, Dell, Lenovo and HP at this price offer under 4GB RAM, HDD storage, rubbish 720p, poor battery life and dull designs with soft plastic clamshells. The Infinix INBook X1 Slim is currently the best laptop for students and casual users not seeking to exceed the Rs. 35,000 mark.

80% Infinix InBook X1 Review: An Interesting Balance of Features and Affordability
Source: NDTV Gadgets English EN→zh-CN
Infinix has managed to hit a pretty low price point for a slim-and-light laptop with an all-metal body, backlit keyboard, and 14-inch display. There are a few convenient features such as the webcam switch and USB Type-C fast charging, but also some quirks, mainly the cheap trackpad. The main way that Infinix seems to have reduced cost is by going with previous-gen processors, and that really isn't such a bad thing considering that even older laptops are expected to work for at least 3-4 years before they are outpaced by software. This obviously isn't the right laptop for gamers or anyone who needs serious processing power for content creation or any other kind of work. However if you're a student, professional or even home user who just wants to cover the basics of productivity, entertainment and communication, you now have another worthwhile choice in the laptop market. Given that Infinix's pricing strategy is not very clear and availability seems to be limited, we will have to go by the current market price, which is Rs. 49,999 for the Core i5 variant.

75% Infinix Inbook X1 review: Effortlessly stylish and easy on the pocket
Source: India Today English EN→zh-CN
Infinix has done a good job with the InBook X1. The laptop is a perfect pick if you are a student, teacher or a college-goer. It also gets the job done if you are working professional and your job doesn’t require any technical stuff. For people in writing jobs, this laptop fits the bill as it only fulfils the need, it is also extremely lightweight and convenient to carry the device around. It has a decent enough screen so you can also watch movies and web shows on the laptop for long hours. The laptop is also equipped with powerful speakers. The battery life is good as it daily lasts for more than 10 hours on a single charge. However, the laptop is not suitable for heavy gaming or technical stuff. It can only handle the basic computing task well. The keys are big, but the response is too soft, the touchpad needs a lot of pressing. Overall, it is a good laptop if your needs are basic.

72% Infinix Inbook X1 10Th Gen Core I5-1035G1 (2021) Review: Furiously Average
Source: Think Digit English EN→zh-CN
The Infinix INBook X1 is a good entry-level thin and light laptop but it falls short when you compare it to the competition. For around the same price, one can opt for Acer Aspire 5, which isn’t plagued by the build quality issues like the Infinix INBook X1 and also comes with an Intel 11th Gen Core-i5 CPU with Irix XE graphics card. The Infinix INBook X1 makes sense as your backup laptop or just a simple laptop for kids or students if the build quality issues are just model specifics, and for that I’d suggest going for the entry-level Intel 10th Gen Core i3 version which is Rs 10k cheaper but comes in an identical form factor.

80% Infinix Inbook X1 review: Suitable choice for value buyers
Source: Gadgets Now English EN→zh-CN
Infinix Inbook X1 can be an ideal pick if you are looking for a mid range laptop for everyday usage. With metal design, backlit keyboard, decent battery life and i5 processor at Rs 45,999 makes it a deal clincher. Although the Infinix could have done better with the thick bezel and weight distribution, the impressive design and useful features makes it a suitable choice. We have seen several smartphone manufacturers entering the laptop market in recent year and this attempt by Infinix definitely makes competition fierce.

90% Infinix InBook X1 review: Good upgrade for those on older computers
Source: The Indian Express English EN→zh-CN
The Infinix InBook X1 isn’t made for demanding professionals, but it’s a very compelling option for beginners and average users including writers and students. Thanks to the Intel Core i5 processor, its 14-inch FHD display, and terrific keyboard and speakers, this notebook feels just right. If you are primarily writing, attending video calls, and streaming movies, I find the InBook X1 a nice notebook that perfectly balances price and performance. This is not designed for gaming or heavy tasks but it’ll be a huge game-changer for someone coming from a notebook running Windows 7 and old Intel Celeron processors. It’s a do-everything laptop that does not disappoint.

88% Infinix INBook X1 Review: a killer affordable mid-range laptop
Source: KL Gadget Guy English EN→zh-CN
Retailing at RM2,399, the Infinix INBook X1 is a remarkable mid-range laptop that delivers almost everything you have come to expect on a more expensive laptop, there's nothing I can nitpick about and I absolutely recommend this over any other sub RM2000 laptops if you are willing to top up extra cash, unless you are brand biased, there's absolutely no reason not to give Infinix a chance.
