英特尔处理器 N250是 Twin Lake 系列中的一款移动处理器,与 Alder Lake-N 结构基本相同,后者将于 2025 年下半年推出。该芯片适用于入门级笔记本电脑、平板电脑和没有风扇的迷你 PC;它提供 4 个高效(Gracemont)内核,运行频率高达 3.8 GHz,但没有性能内核。与 N350 相比,N250 的 CPU 内核数量只有 N350 的一半,性能损失非常明显(超过 30%)。iGPU 的速度也稍慢。

Gracemont E 核不支持超线程技术。因此没有额外的线程。

性能

其多线程性能应比 Core i3-10110U 等老式双核 CPU 高几个百分点。具体数据取决于冷却解决方案和系统的 TDP 设置。无论如何,这都是一款相当慢的芯片,其速度仅够完成基本任务。

图形处理

SoC 配备了 Xe 架构图形处理器32 个 EU(执行单元),运行频率高达 1.25 GHz。iGPU 可驱动多达 3 台 UHD 2160p 显示器,并对 AV1 和其他流行的视频编解码器进行硬件解码。由于 Xe 内核数量较少以及单通道内存的限制,游戏性能只能满足较老游戏和较低分辨率的需求。在中型机上,《GTA V》的分辨率应为 720p。

架构和功能

集成内存控制器支持单通道 DDR4-3200、DDR5-4800 和 LPDDR5-4800 内存。PCIe NVMe SSD 速度上限为 3.9 GB/s,与 PCIe 3 规格一致。它不支持 Thunderbolt / USB 4,但支持最新的英特尔 CNVi Wi-Fi 7 无线网络模块。

它的 L3 缓存相对较小,只有 6 MB,而且没有适当的 NPU(因此没有 Copilot+ 品牌)。

功耗

N250 在长时间负载下的功耗应该是 6 瓦。这是英特尔推荐的芯片 PL1。虽然没有提供 PL2 的数据,但高于 15 瓦的可能性不大。

该 SoC 采用第二代 10 纳米工艺制造,市场上称为英特尔 7,这意味着与Apple 等公司的最新 3 纳米硅相比,其能效并不高。
