英特尔酷睿 i5-1250P是一款中端 Alder Lake-P 系列 SoC,设计用于超轻、超薄(但主动散热)笔记本电脑。它于 2022 年初发布,拥有 4 个性能内核,而顶级的 i7-1280P(P-cores,Golden Cove 架构)搭配 8 个高效内核(E-cores,Gracemont 架构)。i5 的 P 核心支持超线程技术,与 E 核心结合可实现总共 16 个线程。高性能集群的时钟频率为 1.7 GHz 至 4.4 GHz,高效集群的时钟频率为 1.2 GHz 至 3.3 GHz。与速度稍快的 酷睿 i5-1260P相比,该处理器的不足之处包括 L3 高速缓存较小、iGPU 型号较慢、时钟速度较低。不过,这款 i5 处理器启用了完整的 vPro 功能集("企业 "级,允许远程设备管理)。

架构

i5 是英特尔为自身利益使用 ARM 开发的 big.LITTLE 技术的延续。单个 "小 "Alder Lake 内核的速度应该与 Skylake 内核(如古老的 酷睿 i7-6700HQ等)的速度一样快,而 Skylake 内核已经有六年历史了。酷睿 i5-1250P 的所有 CPU 内核均可访问 12 MB 三级缓存。集成内存控制器支持各种内存类型,最高可达 LPDDR5-5200、DDR5-4800、LPDDR4x-4267 或 DDR4-3200;英特尔建议使用不超过 64 GB 的内存作为参考。与其他第 12 代英特尔酷睿处理器一样,这款酷睿 i5 也配备了线程指令(Thread Director),这是一项新功能,旨在帮助 Windows 11 决定将哪些内核用于哪些工作负载,以尽可能实现最佳性能和效率。通过 GNA 3.0 和 DL Boost(通过 AVX2)支持人工智能算法的硬件加速。Alder Lake P 处理器尚未采用快速诱人的 PCI-Express 5.0 规范,因此用户暂时只能满足于 PCI-Express 4.0。四条 PCI-Express 4 通道允许高达 7.9 GB/s 的读/写速率,前提是有一个 NVMe 固态硬盘固态硬盘。

性能

我们的 数据库中几乎与 Ryzen 5 5500URyzen 5 PRO 6650U在多线程性能方面落后于 酷睿 i5-1240P略逊一筹。只要不指望它能像强大的 酷睿 i7-12700H.

您的选择可能会有所不同,这取决于功率限制有多高,以及您系统的散热解决方案有多好。后者非常重要,因为在重负载情况下,单个金酷睿核心的功耗可能超过 20 W。

显卡

内置图形适配器为 80 EU Iris Xe运行频率高达 1.4 GHz,与某些第 11 代Tiger Lake UP3 处理器(如 酷睿 i5-1135G7由于这款 iGPU 具备 AV1 视频解码能力和 SUHD 4320p 显示器支持等现代功能,因此几乎没有什么缺点。Xe 对休闲游戏并不陌生;尽管如此,您的体验可能会有所不同,这取决于笔记本电脑的功耗限制有多高以及散热解决方案的能力有多强。在大多数游戏中,当以 1080p / 低设置进行游戏时,预期帧数会接近英伟达的 MX250,或者换句话说,帧数可以接受。由于 Xe 没有专用显存,因此快速内存是获得良好性能的先决条件。

功耗

i5 的基本功耗(也称为默认 TDP 或功率极限 1)为 28 W;最大 Turbo 功耗(也称为 PL2)不应超过 64 W。

i5-1250P 采用英特尔第四代 10 纳米制造工艺,市场上称为英特尔 7,节能效果不错,截至 2022 年底。尽管如此,i5 比某些 7 纳米 U 级 AMD Ryzen 5000 芯片更耗电,但性能却相差无几,甚至更高。
