Intel Atom Z3580

Intel Atom Z3580是一款为Windows和Android平板设计的高能效四核整合系统芯片。它属于Bay Trail-T平台,运行于最高2.33GHz(加速)的频率下。得利于特别优化设计的22纳米低功耗制程(P1271)和三栅极晶体管技术,它的性能和能效明显高于前代产品。除了处理器核心之外,这块整合芯片还集成了一颗PowerVR G6430显卡和一个双通道LPDDR3-1600内存控制器(最大4GB,12.8GB/s)。


架构


它的处理器核心基于新的Silvermont架构,它第一次采用了乱序执行技术的设计。更高的流水线利用率和很多其他的改进(优化的分支预测,缓存的提升,加强的解码器)帮助单位频率性能提升了约50%。不过,相对于前代,它第一次没有采用超线程技术。其他重要改进还有新增加的对SSE 4.1和4.2,AES-NI指令集的支持(根据型号不同)。


性能


相比其他的智能手机和平板整合芯片,Z3580提供了相对较高的单位时钟频率性能,和高达2.33GHz的最高频率(短时间内)。它的性能估计会与Nvidia Tegra K1相当。因此,Z3580在2014年中属于高端移动整合芯片。


图形


它采用的集成显卡并非由Intel设计,而是由Imagination Technologies授权使用的。PowerVR G6430显卡同样适用于Apple的A7处理器中,但在这里它的频率较高,达457到533MHz。相比其他的移动显卡,G6430的性能与Snapdragon 800/Adreno 330或ARM Mali-T628 MP6相当。不过,G6430的性能无法与Adreno 420和Tegra K1显卡相比。不论如何,2014年的要求最高的安卓游戏也可以在高分辨率下流畅运行。


功耗


根据它的性能和规格,这块芯片的功耗应该属于中高水平。根据Intel的信息,这块整合芯片适用于平板电脑,也同样适合智能手机使用。
