Intel Celeron N2807是一款为入门级笔记本电脑设计的高能效双核整合系统芯片。它属于Bay Trail-M平台,运行于1.6 - 2.2GHz。得利于特别优化设计的22纳米低功耗制程(P1271)和三栅极晶体管技术,它的性能和能效明显高于前代Intel Atom处理器产品。 架构 它的处理器核心基于新的Silvermont架构,它第一次采用了乱序执行技术的设计。更高的流水线利用率和很多其他的改进(优化的分支预测,缓存的提升,加强的解码器)帮助单位频率性能提升了约50%。不过,相对于前代,它没有采用超线程技术。其他重要改进还有新增加的对SSE 4.1和4.2,AES-NI指令集的支持(根据型号)。 性能 得力于更高的单位时钟频率性能,Celeron N2807快于前代的Intel Atom处理器如N2800。预计它的表现将可以与AMD的APU如E1-1500竞争。它的性能足够满足日常应用如上网和办公,但不适合大型软件和最新游戏。 图形 它的图形核心HD Graphics(Bay Trail)基于同样使用在Ivy Bridge系列处理器中(如HD Graphics 4000)的Intel Gen7架构,支持DirectX 11。由于只有4个执行单元(EU)和较慢的(313-750MHz)运行频率,它的性能低于HD Graphics(Ivy Bridge)。因此,只有较老和要求较低的Windows游戏可以流畅运行。 功耗 这块整合系统芯片的热设计功率为4.3W(3W SDP)。因此,它可以用于紧凑设计的轻薄笔记本电脑中。
