Intel Core i7-4510U

发布于2014年第二季度的Intel Core i7-4510U是为超级本设计的一款超低电压（ULV）双核处理器。它基于Haswell架构，采用了22纳米制程技术。得利于超线程技术，它的两个核心可以最多处理4个并行的线程，从而提高CPU的使用效率。每个核心提供2.0GHz的基础频率，它们还可以通过Turbo Boost动态加速到3.1GHz（1个核心开启，和2.8GHz（2个核心开启）。 Haswell架构替代前作Ivy Bridge架构，提供了处理器和显示核心的改进。这款处理器采用了22纳米制程，提供了一个优化的分支预测和一个额外的执行端口。另外，新支持的AVX2和FMA指令集应可在未来的应用程序中帮助它获得更好的表现。 Core i7-4510U的性能接近于前代频率略高的Core i7-3667U。不过，当使用新的指令集如AVX2时，它的性能表现会更好。因此，这款处理器有足够的能力承担办公和多媒体，甚至运行大型软件的任务。 集成的Intel HD Graphics 4400提供了20个执行单元(EU)，运行于200MHz到Turbo Boost加速后的1100MHz，使得它性能高于前代HD 4000。不过HD 4400相比在其他一些超低电压型号中采用的HD 5000略慢。 i7-4510U包括图形芯片，内存控制器，VRM和集成芯片组的总热设计功率为15W。因此，这款处理器最适合11寸或更大的小型超级本使用。
