Intel Core i7-8665U

英特尔酷睿i7-8665U是基于Whiskey Lake世代的笔记本电脑和超极本高能效四核SoC,该产品于2019年4月发布,是两款支持vPro的WHL-U处理器的一部分。与类似的命名为Kaby Lake-R处理器(例如Core i7-8550U)相比,Whiskey Lake CPU现在采用进一步改进的14nm工艺(14nm ++)生产,并具有更高的时钟速度。架构和功能相同。 i7-8665U提供例如单核的Turbo频率高达4,8 GHz(i7-8550U为4 GHz)。集成GPU仍称为Intel UHD Graphics 620,双通道内存控制器仍支持与Kaby-Lake-R相同的RAM速度(DDR4-2400 / LPDDR3-2133)。与较弱的Core i5-8265U和i3-8145U相比,i7应该支持Thermal Velocity Boost(像之前的Core i7-8565U)。

架构

与Skylake和Kaby Lake相比,英特尔基本上使用相同的微体系结构,因此每MHz性能没有差异。这意味着Whiskey Lake是采用改进的14nm ++工艺制造的Kaby Lake芯片。

性能

i7-8665U的性能取决于笔记本电脑的冷却解决方案以及为短期和长期性能而定义的TDP限制。我们已经发现Kaby Lake-R(例如i7-8550U基准)存在很大差异,尤其是在长期(持续)性能方面。因此,有趣的是如何利用额外的Turbo时钟速度。由于Turbo Boost高200 MHz,因此8665U的性能应优于i7-8565U(请参阅基准测试)。

第八代Kaby Lake芯片未改动集成的Intel UHD Graphics 620(英特尔9.5代)。凭借快速的双通道内存,它可以达到GeForce 920M的性能。

与Skylake不同,Kaby Lake和Whiskey Lake现在还支持具有10位色深的H.265 / HEVC Main 10以及Google的VP9编解码器。一月份宣布的双核Kaby Lake处理器也应该支持HDCP 2.2。
