Intel 6Y30

英特尔酷睿m3-6Y30是一颗非常节能的双核Skylake架构处理器,在2015年9月推出。 由于其极低的TDP,这颗处理器可以用于被动散热的平板电脑和二合一笔记本电脑中。 除了两个支持超线程的CPU核心运行于0.9 -  2.2 GHz(双核:最大2.0 GHz),该芯片还集成了HD Graphics 515显卡以及双通道LPDDR3-1866 / DDR3L-1600内存控制器。 该芯片采用14纳米工艺与FinFET晶体管制造工艺。

架构

Skylake架构取代了Haswell和Broadwell,为从4.5到45瓦热设计功率的处理器都提供了相同的微架构。Skylake架构设计的众多改进包括增加了乱序缓冲,优化的预取和分支预测以及超线程模式的性能改进。 不过整体上,它的单位时钟频率性能仅增加了5%到10%(相比Haswell)而相比Broadwell架构不足5%,这对于一个新架构(“Tock”)来说十分低。

性能
