Intel i5-1030NG7

英特尔酷睿i5-1030NG7是一款用于笔记本电脑和超极本的高能效四核SoC,基于mai 2019(Computex)上发布的Ice -Lake-Y一代。它集成了四个Sunnycove处理器核心(由于HyperThreading而具有8个线程),主频率为1.1(基本)-3.8(单核Turbo)GHz。使用Turbo Boost,所有四个内核均可加速至3.2 GHz。据英特尔称,Sunnycove内核可实现18%的IPC(每个时钟指令)提升。

与普通的Core i5-1030G7相比,i5-1030NG7的尺寸更小(22 x 16.5和26.5 x 18.5 mm),1100的基本时钟比800 MHz高,并且TDP高1瓦。

结合两个附加内核,以前的Y系列双核处理器(Amber Lake-Y)应该总是比较慢。短睿频性能应该非常出色,长工作负载将取决于笔记本电脑/平板电脑的TDP设置和散热解决方案。

Ice-Lake的最大改进是集成的Gen 11显卡,称为Iris Plus Graphics。 Core i5-1030NG7集成了最大的G7版本和64个CU,频率为300-1050 MHz。Iris Plus G7的性能应该是前代产品的两倍,并且相当于当前的Ryzen APU中最好的AMD Vega 10 GPU。但是,在Y系列中,游戏性能将再次取决于冷却解决方案,并且可能会随着时间的推移而明显下降(与15至25瓦的Core i7-1065G7相比)。

Ice Lake的其他改进包括AI硬件加速以及芯片中Thunderbolt和Wifi 6的部分集成。集成的DDR4内存控制器支持最高3200 MHz的模块(和LPDDDR4 3733)。

Core i5-1030NG7采用英特尔(第二代)的10纳米工艺生产,应具有与台积电7纳米工艺相当的性能。TDP的额定功率为10瓦,因此该CPU可用于轻薄型笔记本电脑。英特尔为合作伙伴提供高达12瓦的可配置TDP,从而导致明显的性能差异(由于Turbo Boost的使用时间较长)。
