英特尔酷睿至尊 7 155H是流星湖系列的高端笔记本电脑处理器,拥有 16 个内核(6 + 8 + 2)和 22 个线程。这款第 1 代酷睿 Ultra 芯片将取代第 13 代酷睿芯片;其 16 个内核由 6 个支持 HT 的高性能内核和 10 个高效内核组成,前者主频高达 4.8 GHz,后者主频高达 3.8 GHz(8 个主内核外加 2 个低功耗岛内的额外内核)。

8 核 Arc GPU 8 核 Arc GPU作为集成图形适配器,它的运行频率高达 2.30 GHz,同时还提供了大量其他全新技术,包括集成的 AI Boost NPU 和两个用于硬件 AI 工作负载加速的第 3 代引擎。

架构与特性

Meteor Lake 是英特尔向 AMD 投入一切(包括厨房水槽,没错),看看能粘住什么。与 Raptor Lake 芯片相比,英特尔打算通过这个产品系列提供更高的 CPU 性能、更高的 GPU 性能、更高的硬件 AI 工作负载加速率和更长的电池续航时间。算一算,这简直是一石四鸟。

这一代英特尔酷睿处理器采用了红木架构 P 核心和 Crestwood 架构 E 核心。两者在架构上分别比 Raptor Cove 和 Gracemont 略有改进,每时钟性能略有提高;有趣的是,在 10 个 E 核心中,有两个实际上是位于英特尔所谓的"低功耗岛"上的独立集群。从本质上讲,后者是 SoC 中的 SoC,当芯片的大部分其他部分暂时关闭以节省电能时,它仍能保持激活状态。英特尔希望这种方法能让它在低负载时提供前所未有的低功耗数据,从而延长采用 Meteor Lake 技术的笔记本电脑和平板电脑的电池寿命。

在制造 Meteor Lake 芯片时,英特尔采用了 Foveros 技术(将多个芯片堆叠在一起)。这主要是为了降低成本,因为用几种不同的工艺制造几个小芯片要比制造一个巨大的单个芯片,并希望其中没有缺陷而需要禁用其中的某些部分便宜得多。

在其他方面,酷睿至尊 7 155H 配备了 24 MB 三级缓存和适量的 PCIe 5 和 PCIe 4 通道,NVMe SSD 速度可达 15.7 GB/s。它支持运行频率高达 7467 MHz 的内存(具体为 DDR5-5600、LPDDR5-7467、LPDDR5x-7467,与 8040 系列 Ryzen 芯片的性能相当)。当然,该芯片还内置了 Thunderbolt 4 支持和英特尔 CNVi Wi-Fi 支持;有趣的是,英特尔选择保留原生 SATA III 支持,而 AMD 早在不久前就取消了对 Ryzen 处理器的支持。

155H 兼容 64 位 Windows 10、64 位 Windows 11 和许多 Linux 发行版。

性能

如果我们选择相信英特尔公布的官方性能数据,那么 155H 的速度与 Ryzen 9 6900HX(Zen 3 Plus、8 核、16 线程、最高 4.9 GHz)的多线程性能差不多。这并不是一个突破性的结果,但我们还是等待内部测试结果吧,不要妄下结论。

无论如何,芯片的实际性能可能会有很大差异,这取决于 CPU 的功耗限制有多高以及系统的散热解决方案有多好。

图形

图形处理器 8 核 Arc GPU主频高达 2.30 GHz,有望成为 强大的 Radeon 780M.其速度几乎与 GTX 1650(笔记本电脑)RTX 2050(笔记本电脑)相比,它的性能大幅提升 老旧的 Xe 系列集成 GPU.如果人们选择相信英特尔的说法的话。

您的使用情况可能会有所不同,这取决于 CPU 的功耗限制有多高、系统的散热解决方案有多强、系统的内存速度有多快。后者非常重要;英特尔强调,要让 Arc 提供最佳效果,必须配置多通道内存。

功耗

这款强大的酷睿 Ultra 7 系列处理器的 "最低保证 "功耗为 28 W,而其 Turbo 功耗不应超过 115 W。其基本功耗应该在 64 W 左右,不过,大多数笔记本电脑制造商可能会选择更高的数值,以获得更高的时钟速度,从而获得更好的性能。无论如何,都需要强大的冷却解决方案来解决芯片的发热问题。

155H 由五块小型芯片("芯片组")组成,它们通过英特尔的 Foveros 技术连接在一起。包含主 CPU 内核的芯片采用相当先进的 7 纳米英特尔工艺制造,市场上称为英特尔 4,而其他大多数芯片(iGPU、I/O 芯片......)则采用台积电的 N5 和 N6 工艺制造。基础芯片采用老式英特尔 22FFL 工艺制造。
