Intel Core Ultra 7 165U
英特尔酷睿至强 7 165U是一款中高端流星湖系列芯片,于 2023 年 12 月首次亮相。这款第 1 代酷睿 Ultra 处理器将取代第 13 代酷睿处理器;它拥有 12 个内核(2 + 8 + 2)和 14 个线程。它的性能内核有 2 个,支持 HT,运行频率高达 4.9 GHz,而高效内核有 10 个(8 个主内核加上低功耗岛中的 2 个额外内核),运行频率高达 3.8 GHz。其 4 核英特尔弧形显卡作为集成图形适配器,它的运行频率高达 2.0 GHz,同时还提供了大量其他全新技术,包括集成的 AI Boost NPU(带有两个用于硬件 AI 工作负载加速的第 3 代引擎)。
架构与特性
Meteor Lake 是一个向 AMD 投入一切(包括厨房水槽,没错),看看能粘住什么的案例。通过这个产品系列,英特尔打算提供比 Raptor Lake 芯片更高的 CPU 性能、更高的 GPU 性能、更高的硬件 AI 工作负载加速率和更长的电池续航时间。算一算,这简直是一石四鸟。
这一代英特尔酷睿处理器采用了红木架构 P 核心和 Crestwood 架构 E 核心。两者在架构上分别比 Raptor Cove 和 Gracemont 略有改进,每时钟性能略有提高;有趣的是,在 10 个 E 核心中,有两个实际上是位于英特尔所谓的 "低功耗岛 "上的独立集群。从本质上讲,后者是 SoC 中的 SoC,当芯片的大部分其他部分暂时关闭以节省电能时,它仍能保持激活状态。英特尔希望这种方法能让它在低负载时提供前所未有的低功耗数据,从而延长搭载 Meteor Lake 处理器的笔记本电脑和平板电脑的电池寿命。
在制造 Meteor Lake 处理器时,英特尔采用了 Foveros 技术(将多个芯片堆叠在一起)。这主要是为了降低成本,因为用几种不同的工艺制造几个小芯片,要比制造一个巨大的单个芯片,并希望其中没有缺陷而需要禁用其中的某些部分便宜得多。
在其他方面,酷睿至尊 7 165U 配备了 12 MB 三级缓存,比 155H、165H 和 185H 的 24 MB 三级缓存明显减少。该处理器拥有数量适中的 PCIe 4 通道,NVMe SSD 速度最高可达 7.8 GB/s;支持最高 7467 MHz 的内存(具体为 DDR5-5600、LPDDR5-7467、LPDDR5x-7467,与 8040 系列 Ryzen 芯片的性能相当)。当然,165U 还内置了 Thunderbolt 4 支持和英特尔 CNVi Wi-Fi 支持。值得一提的是,英特尔选择保留原生 SATA III 支持,而 AMD 早在不久前就取消了对 Ryzen 处理器的支持。
165U 兼容 64 位 Windows 10、64 位 Windows 11 和许多 Linux 发行版。
性能
虽然我们无从得知 165U 在 2023 年 12 月时的性能如何,但可以肯定的是,该芯片的速度几乎与 酷睿 i7-1350P(Raptor Lake,12 个内核,16 个线程,主频高达 4.7GHz)一样快。
