Intel Pentium N6000

Intel Pentium Silver N6000是Jasper Lake系列的四核SoC,主要面向廉价笔记本电脑,2021年初发布。 4个Tremont CPU核心时钟为1.1~3.3GHz(单核突发),不提供Hyper线程化 (SMT)。 N6000 使用 1.5 MBL2 和 4 MBL3 高速缓存。 该芯片在英特尔以10nm(最有可能与冰湖相同)制造。

CPU体系结构

处理器体系结构称为 Tremont,与以前的 Golmont Plus 核心相比,它完全重新设计。 根据英特尔提供的信息,内核的单线程性能平均提高了30%,SPECint和SPECfp的所有测试都提高了10-80%。

特点

除了四核CPU块外,SoC还内置了32个EU英特尔UHD图形GPU和LPDDR4(x)双通道内存控制器(最高16GB和2933MHz)。 此芯片还部分集成Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+)、8个PCIe 3.0通道、14个USB 2.0/3.2端口和2个SATA 6.0端口。 包装变大,尺寸为35×24mm(例如N5030为25×24mm)。 SoC直接焊接在主板(BGA)上,不易更换。

表演

新的CPU体系结构使N6000的性能明显优于旧的奔腾N5030。 但是,它仍然落后于老虎湖一代的现代核心处理器。 因此,CPU是办公室套装、以适度多任务处理浏览网页等基本任务。

耗电量

与前作相同,英特尔将TDP指定为6瓦特(SDP 4.8瓦特– 方案设计功率)。 因此,理论上可以被动冷却芯片,但也可以使用带有风扇的SKU。
