Intel i7-14650HX

英特尔酷睿 i7-14650HX是一款基于全新 Raptor Lake 架构的高端 CPU,适用于大型和重型笔记本电脑。该 CPU 于 2024 年初推出,除了 CPU 时钟速率略高(最高 200 MHz)外,与老款酷睿 i7-13700HX 相似。

总共 24 个线程分为 P 核和 E 核,我们已经从 Alder-Lake 了解到这一点。13700HX 提供 8 个带超线程的性能内核(P-cores)和 8 个不带超线程的效率内核(E-cores)。因此总共支持 20 个线程。P 核心的主频为 2.2 至 5.2 GHz(单核心)或 4.5 GHz(所有核心),E 核心的主频为 1.6 至 3.7 GHz。集成内存控制器最大支持 4800 MHz 的 DDR5(而不是 i9 HX 型号的 5600 MHz)。

与 Alder Lake 相比,新的Raptor Lake 架构提供了改进的 P 核心(Raptor Cove 架构,具有更多缓存)、更多的 E 核心(相同的 Gracemont 架构)以及更高的时钟频率,这要归功于改进的英特尔 7 处理器。此外,英特尔现在在顶级型号中支持更快的 DDR5 主内存(i9 最高可达 5600 MHz)。

性能应略高于旧款 酷睿 i7-13700HX(在相同的 TDP 设置和散热条件下)。这使得该 CPU 非常适合要求苛刻的任务和游戏。

14650HX 继续采用英特尔改进的 10 纳米 FinFET 工艺(英特尔 7 工艺)制造,基本功率为 55 瓦,涡轮增压功率为 157 瓦。
