英特尔酷睿 i7-14700HX是一款基于全新 Raptor Lake 架构的高端 CPU,适用于大型和重型笔记本电脑。该 CPU 于 2024 年初推出,是 Raptor Lake HX 更新的一部分。i7-14700HX 类似于Core i7-13850HX ,CPU 内核的时钟频率略高。

总共 28 个线程分为 P 核心和 E 核心,我们已经从 Alder Lake 中了解到这一点。13700HX 提供 8 个带超线程的性能核心(P 核心)和 12 个不带超线程的效率核心(E 核心)。因此总共支持 28 个线程。P 核心的主频最高可达 5.5 GHz(单核心),E 核心的主频最高可达 3.9 GHz。集成内存控制器最大支持 5600 MHz 的 DDR5。

与 Alder Lake 相比,新的Raptor Lake 架构提供了改进的 P 核心(Raptor Cove 架构,具有更多缓存)、更多的 E 核心(相同的 Gracemont 架构)以及更高的时钟频率,这要归功于改进的英特尔 7 处理器。此外,英特尔现在在顶级型号中支持更快的 DDR5 主内存(最高 5600 MHz)。

13700HX 采用英特尔较早的 10 纳米 FinFET 工艺(英特尔 7 工艺)制造,基本功率为 55 瓦,涡轮增压功率为 157 瓦。
