英特尔赛扬6305(或6305U)是基于2020年第3季度发布的Tiger Lake-U一代的笔记本电脑和Ultra Books的高能效双核SoC。 仅内置2个Willow Cove处理器核心(2个线程不支持Hyper)线程/SMT)。 芯片不支持涡轮增压,因此时钟速度设定为1.8GHz。 由于 CPU 内核的体系结构改进,Celeron 6305 必须比基于 Comet Lake-U 的 Celeron 5205U(1.9GHz,无涡轮)更快。

此外,基于全新Gen 12体系结构的集成Xe显卡也很新颖。 与以前的 UHD 图形 G1 (冰湖) 相比,性能将显著提高。 在 6305U 中,英特尔称为 UHD 图形,提供 48 个 EU。

此外,还应将来自冰湖的其他改进集成到老虎湖中,例如,AI硬件加速和Thunderbolt和Wifi 6部分集成到芯片中。
