Intel i5-1140G7

英特尔酷睿i5-1140G7是基于2021年初推出的Tiger Lake-U Generation (UP4)的笔记本电脑和Ultra Book的能效四核SoC。 4个Willow Cove处理器内核(Hyper-Threading支持8个线程)。 保证的基本时钟速度因TDP设定而异,范围为0.8(7WTDP)~1.8GHz(15WTDP)。 涡轮时钟速度为4.2GHz(一个核心)。所有核心最高可达3.5GHz。

此外,基于全新Gen 12体系结构的集成Xe显卡和80EU。 与以前的Iris Plus G7(冰湖)相比,性能显著提高。 在 i5-1140G7中,96个 EU中的 80个使用 400~1100MHz的时钟。 GPU 和 CPU 可以同时使用 8 MB 的 L3 高速缓存。

此外,Tiger Lake SoCs还添加了PCIe 4支持(4通道)、AI硬件加速、Thunderbolt 4/USB 4和Wi-Fi 6的部分集成到芯片中。 i5-1140G7还支持管理功能博锐。

芯片在英特尔改进的 10nm+ 工艺(称为 SuperFin)中生产,与 TSMC 的 7nm 工艺(例如,Ryzen 4000 系列)相同。

UP4系列的动作范围为7~是15瓦特。 因此,处理器非常适合超薄、轻巧的笔记本电脑、敞篷和平板电脑。
