Intel i5-1155G7

英特尔酷睿i5-1155G7是基于2021年中期发布的Tiger Lake-U一代笔记本电脑和Ultra Book的能效四核SoC。 4个Willow Cove处理器内核(8个线程,Hyper)线程化)。 基本时钟速度取决于 TDP 设置,范围为 1GHz (12W TDP) 到 2.5GHz (28W)。 Boost始终指定为4.5GHz。

此外,基于全新Gen 12体系结构的集成Xe显卡和80EU。 与以前的Iris Plus G7(冰湖)相比,性能显著提高。

此外,Tiger Lake SoCs还增加了PCIe 4支持(4通道)、AI硬件加速、Thunderbolt 4/USB 4和WiFi 6的一部分集成到芯片中。

芯片采用英特尔改进的10nm SuperFin工艺,与TSMC(例如Ryzen4000系列)的7nm工艺相媲美。
