Intel i7-11375H

英特尔酷睿i7-11375H是一款适用于轻薄游戏笔记本电脑和移动工作站的高端四核SoC。 以Tiger Lake H35一代为基础,2021年初发表。 4个Willow Cove处理器内核(8个线程,Hyper)线程化)。 基本时钟速度取决于 TDP 设置,从 3 (28W TDP) 到 3.3GHz (35W)。 与i7-11370H相比,单核Turbo Boost 3.0是唯一的区别。 11375H最多可时钟5GHz。 两个核心最多可时钟 4.8GHz(11370H),四个核心最多可时钟 4.3GHz。 11375H是12MB电平可以使用3个高速缓存。

i7的处理器性能必须与i7-11370H非常相似。 只有单线程短工作负载更快。 新的处理器体系结构使多线程性能明显高于旧的Core i5-10400H(Comet Lake,第10代最快的四核)。 类似的Core i7-1185G7规格与11370H相同,但TDP较低,因此性能也较低(持续)。

此外,SoC还配备了改进的Xe显卡,所有96个EU时钟最高可达1350MHz。

此外,Tiger Lake SoCs还添加了 PCIe 4支持 (4通道 )、AI硬件加速、Thunderbolt 4/USB 4和 Wi-Fi 6的部分集成到芯片中。

芯片在英特尔改进的 10nm 工艺(称为 10nm SuperFin)中生产,与 TSMC 的 7nm 工艺(例如,Ryzen 4000 系列)相同。
