海思麒麟 9000W 是一款 SoC,可用于基于Android 的智能手机和平板电脑,并首次搭载于华为 MatePad Pro 13.2。

华为没有透露有关该 SoC 的任何信息。现有的少量信息来自基准测试和系统分析工具。CPU 由三个集群组成,共有 12 个内核。省电集群有四个 ARM Cortex-A510 内核,每个内核的工作频率高达 1,530 MHz,其他六个内核使用来自海思(HiSilicon)的未指定内核(0x0D42),工作频率高达 2,150 MHz。第三个集群包含两个海思内核(0x0D02),每个内核的最高时钟频率为 2,487 MHz。性能内核可能基于TaiShan V120 架构(如麒麟 970)。(麒麟 9000S)。

单核性能也相应参差不齐,但由于内核众多,多核性能达到了 2022 年高端 SoC 的水平。

A 马龙 910与 9000S 类似(主频高达 750MHz)。

制造工艺或架构方面尚无具体信息。该系统芯片可能将在中芯国际公司以 7 纳米工艺制造。
