Mediatek Dimensity 8020

联发科技 Dimensity 8020 是一款基于 ARM 的片上系统 (SoC),类似于较早的 Dimensity 1100.它专门设计用于Android 智能手机,在性能方面属于中端产品。它支持当前所有的移动网络标准,包括采用 2CC-CA (200MHz) 和 FDD+TDD 的 5G。

中央处理器共有八个内核,分为两个集群。一个集群有四个 ARM Cortex-A78 性能内核,主频高达 2.6 GHz,另一个集群有四个 ARM Cortex-A55 节能内核,主频高达 2.0 GHz。内存采用 LPDDR4 RAM,内部存储支持 UFS 3.1。

在连接方面,它支持双 5G,以及 Wi-Fi 6 和蓝牙 5.2。

集成图形处理器、 ARM Mali-G77 MC9可支持分辨率高达 2560 x 1080、刷新率高达 144 Hz(可能仅适用于全高清+)的显示器。

该芯片由台积电(TSMC)采用当前中端市场的 6 纳米工艺制造。
