MediaTek Dimensity 9000
联发科Dimensity 9000是一个高端SoC,集成了5G调制解调器。它包括一个高达3GHz的快速Cortex-X2内核,另外三个高达2.85GHz的A710内核和四个高达1.8GHz的功率效率内核(Cortex-A510)。该SoC是在台积电的新4纳米工艺中制造的。所有的CPU内核可以共同使用8MB的三级缓存和6MB的系统级缓存(SLC)。
集成的四通道内存控制器支持7500 Mbps的LPDDR5X。集成的GPU是ARM Mali-G710 MC10(16个可能核心中的10个)。
作为首批芯片之一,Dimensity 9000是在台积电的现代4纳米工艺中生产的。
