MediaTek Dimensity 9200
联发科 Dimensity 9200 是一款高端 SoC,集成了 5G 和 Wi-Fi 7 调制解调器。它包括一个主频高达 3.05 GHz 的快速 Cortex-X3 内核、三个主频高达 2.85 GHz 的 A715 内核和四个主频高达 1.8 GHz 的节能内核(Cortex-A510)。SoC 采用台积电第二代 4 纳米工艺制造。所有 CPU 内核可共同使用 8 MB 三级高速缓存和 6 MB 系统级高速缓存 (SLC)。
集成内存控制器现在支持 8533 Mbps 的 LPDDR5X。APU 680 可加速人工智能工作负载。
