Mediatek Helio G80

联发科Helio G80是面向智能手机(主要是基于Android)的主流ARM SoC,于2020年推出。它采用12 nm FinFET工艺制造,并集成8个CPU内核。两个高达2 GHz的快速ARM Cortex-A75内核用于执行性能任务,六个频率高达1.8 GHz的小型ARM Cortex-A55内核以提高效率。由于异构多处理支持,所有八个内核可以一起使用。集成的GPU是ARM Mali-G52 MC2(MP2),具有两个群集,频率最高可达950 MHz。 SoC还集成了HyperEngine,可对CPU,GPU和内存进行动态管理。

SoC还集成了具有Cat-7(下载)/ Cat-13(上传)支持,Wifi 5(ac),蓝牙5.0,LPDDR4x 1800 MHz和eMMC 5.1存储的LTE无线电。
