NvidiaGeForce RTX 3050 6GB Laptop GPU(移动版,GN20-P0-R,2023 更新版)是 RTX 3050 4GB Laptop GPU(最慢的 RTX 3000 移动显卡)的更新版,同样基于 GA107 Ampere 芯片。6GB 版提供了更多的 CUDA 核心(2,560,+25%),但内存总线缩减至 96 位。时钟速度取决于 TGP 变体,对于 35 至 80 瓦的 TGP 变体,时钟速度范围为 713 - 1530(基本)和 1058 - 1740(提升)(见下表)。

性能介于旧版 4GB RTX 3050 和 RTX 3050 Ti 之间,因此最适合在中高图形设置下进行全高清游戏(1920 x 1080)。性能不足以在大多数游戏中启用光线追踪,但张量内核可用于某些游戏中的 DLSS(性能提升的同时略微降低画质)。需要注意的是,低 TGP 版本的性能会明显降低。

GA107 芯片提供 3,072 个 FP32 ALU,其中一半还能执行 INT32 指令(即 1,536 个 INT32 ALU)。不过,RTX 3050 可能不会使用芯片上的所有 ALU。使用图灵技术,所有着色器仍可执行 FP32 或 INT32 指令。据 Nvidia 称,芯片上的光线追踪和张量内核也得到了改进。Ampere 芯片还包括改进的第五代视频编码器(用于 H.264 和 H.265 的 NVENC)和第七代解码器(用于各种格式,现在包括 AV1)。现在包括 AV1)。
