英伟达™(NVIDIA®)RTX 5000 Ada 代笔记本图形处理器是一款适用于笔记本电脑的专业显卡。它基于消费级 RTX 4090 笔记本电脑 GPU配备 9728 个 CUDA 内核、76 个光线追踪内核和 304 个第四代张量内核。RTX 5000 还使用 16 GB 内存和 256 位总线,但内存支持 ECC 错误校正(可选,将内存大小减至 15360MB)。专业 RTX 型号的时钟频率总是略低,因此性能也落后于 RTX 4090 移动版.不过,与 RTX 4090 一样,这取决于笔记本电脑提供的 TDP。根据 Nvidia 的说法,RTX 5000 的配置功率从 80 瓦到 175 瓦不等,性能差异也相应较大。

尽管名称相似,但该 GPU 与较早的 英伟达 Quadro RTX 5000(图灵).

所使用的 AD103 芯片由台积电采用 4N 工艺(5 纳米)制造。
