Qualcomm SD 660

高通骁龙660(SD660)是一款基于ARM的高性能中档SoC,主要应用于Android平板电脑和智能手机。 SD660于2017年年中发布,是Snapdragon 625的后续产品。它具有8个Kryo 260内核(定制设计,64位功能),分为两个集群。具有高达2.2 GHz的四核快速群集和高达1.8 GHz的节能高效群集。两个集群也可以一起使用。

除8个CPU内核外,SoC还集成了中档Adreno 512 GPU和LPDDR4内存控制器(双通道1866 MHz),并支持Wi-Fi(802.11ac + MIMO,最大867 Mbps),蓝牙5.0和LTE(X12 LTE调制解调器,下载速度高达600 Mbps,上传速度高达150 Mbps)。

性能

在Oppo R11的基准测试中,骁龙SD660的CPU部分性能介于Pixel XL中的骁龙 821和骁龙835这些前高端Socs之间。然而,图形性能要低得多,因为Adreno 512仅略微升级较旧的Adreno 510(由于更高的时钟速度)。

中央处理器

骁龙660基于与ARM的big.LITTLE类似的理念,它结合了低功耗CPU集群(2个主频高达1.6 GHz的Kyro核心)和性能CPU集群(2个主频高达2.4 GHz的Kyro核心)。每个群集的时钟速度可以单独调整(但不是每个核心),最低时钟速度是310 MHz。性能集群具有1.5 MB二级高速缓存和一个512 KB的省电缓存。两者都使用相同的架构并完全支持ARMv8-ISA指令集。

虽然只使用了四个内核,但660的性能却位于智能手机和平板电脑移动CPU的高端。与820相比,660的性能优势取决于使用的时钟频率。例如,在Google Pixel中,SoC的时钟频率仅为2.15 GHz,因此与许多820 SoC相同。
