Qualcomm Snapdragon 865
高通Snapdragon 865是高通于2019年12月发布的高端智能手机和平板电脑SoC。该SoC集成了频率高达2.84 GHz的“Prime Core”和另外三个ARM Cortex-A77性能内核,最高可达2.42 GHz。四个省电的ARM Cortex-A55内核对这些时钟进行了补充,它们的时钟频率最高可达1.8 GHz。与较旧的Snapdragon 855的区别在于从Cortex-A76升级到了更快的Cortex-A77架构。频率保持不变。
因此,Snapdragon 865在基于Android的系统的移动处理器中排名第一。在某些多核工作负载中,SD865甚至可以与Apple A13 SoC媲美。但是,单线程仍然是Apple SoC的强项。
与前几代产品相比,Snapdragon 865不再集成LTE基带,而必须与也支持LTE Cat 24/22的新X55 5G基带器配对。但是,Wi-Fi模块仍被集成并称为FastConnect 6800,它支持Wi-Fi 6(802.11ax)和8x8 MU-MIMU和高达10 Gbps的60 GHz 802.11ay。还支持蓝牙5.1,包括aptX Adaptive。
集成GPU现在称为Adreno 650,其性能应比Snapdragon 855中的Adreno 640高出20%。
板载Hexagon 698 DSP现在提供高达15 TOPS的改进KI性能(从855中的7 TOPS提升),并且仍使用CPU,GPU,HVX和Tensor内核的组合。 Spectra 480 ISP现在也明显更快。集成的计算机视觉引擎(CV-ISP)现在支持Dolby Vision,8K视频和200百万像素的照片。
内置内存控制器现在支持最高2750 MHz的LPDDR5和2133 MHz的LPDDR4X。
Snapdragon 855是在台积电(TSMC)以改进的7纳米新工艺制造的(基于N7P,基于DUV)。与旧的N7工艺相比,该工艺性能提高了7%,功耗降低了10%。
