Qualcomm SD 8 Elite

Snapdragon 8 Elite(SM8750-AB)是一款用于 2025 年旗舰智能手机和平板电脑的高端 SoC,也是这家美国制造商的顶级产品。

高通公司首次在智能手机 SoC 中使用 CPU 内核,这些 CPU 内核并非采用 ARM 设计,而是拥有自己的 ARM 架构:制造商称这种处理器为第二代 Oryon CPU。

以前使用的效率内核已不再需要,其任务由性能内核承担,据制造商称,性能内核现在足够灵活和高效。

总共有 2 个主频高达 4.32 GHz 的主要内核,用于执行复杂的任务,据高通公司称,这些内核有时还可以超频。

这两个处理器集群都有 12 MB 的二级缓存,尽管规模不大,但应该能提供较低的延迟。接下来是 8 MB SLC L3 缓存,最后是四个 16 位 LPDDR5x 内存控制器,用于连接主内存。

GPU 采用了全新设计的 Adreno 830。由于采用了所谓的 "切片架构",它现在可以提供三个处理内核,主频高达 1.1 GHz。

与 Snapdragon 8 Gen. 3 相比,高通公司承诺处理器速度优势可达 45%,效率也有类似提升。图形处理器的性能提升可达 40%。

2025 年旗舰智能手机的重点也是人工智能。新的 Hexagon NPU 与前代产品相比,性能将提高 45%,工作效率也将提高 45%。多模态生成式人工智能模型也得到了广泛支持。

三个 ISP 也进行了修改,现在称为 Spectra AI ISP。它们可以同时处理多达 3 台 4800 万像素摄像头的数据。单个摄像头的分辨率可达 3.2 亿像素。4K 图像可以进行无限制的语义分割,这意味着图像中有多少个不同的层次和对象,就能分辨出多少个不同的层次和对象。这样就能改进自动照片优化。此外,NPU 现在还能首次直接访问传感器的 RAW 数据。

集成的 Snapdragon X80 Modem-RF 5G 系统可同时传输 5G-mmWave 和 5G-Sub6 数据,下载数据速率可达 10 GBit/s,上传数据速率可达 3.5 GBit/s。该调制解调器还能支持全球已知的所有5G频段。高通公司的 FastConnect 7900 支持蓝牙 6.0 和 Wi-Fi 7,负责本地通信。

SoC 由台积电采用最先进的 3 纳米工艺制造。
