Samsung Exynos 1280
三星Exynos 1280是一款用于智能手机和平板电脑的中端系统芯片(SoC)。它在2022年初宣布,并在三星Galaxy A53 5G中使用。CPU部分集成了两个集群,一个是带有两个ARM Cortex-A78内核的性能集群,时钟频率高达2.4GHz,另一个是带有六个小型ARM Cortex-A55内核的效率集群,频率高达2GHz。集成的内存控制器支持LPDDR4x。
此外,该芯片还为高达10800万像素的摄像头集成了一个ISP。集成的ARM Mali G68 MC4支持高达1080p和120Hz的显示屏。
主要功能之一是集成的5G调制解调器,支持亚6GHz(2550/1280 Mbps)、毫米波(1840/920 Mbps)和LTE Cat 18(1200/200 Mbps)。WiFi 5是支持的最高标准,蓝牙5.2也是如此。
该SoC是在三星的现代5纳米工艺中制造的。
