Samsung Exynos 1380
三星 Exynos 1380 是一款芯片上的系统(SoC),专为运行Android 操作系统的中端智能手机和平板电脑而设计。CPU 由两个集群组成,每个集群由四个内核组成。它具有四个 Cortex-A78 性能内核(主频高达 2.4 GHz)和四个 Cortex-A55 节能内核(主频高达 2.0 GHz)。集成图形处理器为 ARM Mali-G68 MP5,速度高达 950 MHz。
与前代产品相比,NPU 的性能提高了约 14%,容量为 4.9TOPS。现在可以使用高达 144 Hz 和 Full HD+ 分辨率的显示器,芯片组支持高达 200 MPix 的摄像头。芯片组还包括 Wi-Fi 6 和蓝牙 5.3。LPDDR4x 和 LPDDR5 均可用作内存,UFS 3.1 可用作内部存储。
集成的调制解调器大幅提高了下载速度,支持 5G-Sub6(下载:高达 3.79 Gbps(+32%),上传:高达 1.28 Gbps)和 5G-mmWave(下载:高达 3.67 Gbps(+75%),上传:高达 0.92 Gbps)。LTE(Cat.18,下载:最高 1.2 Gbps,上传:最高 0.211 Gbps(+5%))的上传速度仅略有提高。
