三星 Exynos 1480 是一款用于中端智能手机和平板电脑的片上系统（SoC），基于Android 。CPU 由两个集群组成，每个集群由四个内核组成。使用四个 Cortex-A78 功率内核（最高 2.75 GHz）和四个 Cortex-A55 功率内核（最高 2.05 GHz）。集成图形处理器（GPU）为三星 Xclipse 530。芯片组支持 Wi-Fi 6E 和蓝牙 5.3。内存可连接 LPDDR4x 和 LPDDR5。UFS 3.1 可作为内置存储器。
配备 6K MAC NPU 的全新 AI 引擎的性能据称比上一代产品高出约四倍。此外，还可使用高达 144 Hz 和 Full HD+ 的显示器，并支持高达 200 MPix 的摄像头。改进后的 ISP 现在还能以高达每秒 60 帧的速度播放超高清视频，并能支持 HDR 和零快门延迟（ZSL）。
集成调制解调器的下载速度再次得到大幅提升，5G-Sub6（下载：高达 5.1 GBit/s，上传：高达 1.28 GBit/s）和 5G-mmWave（下载：高达 4.84 GBit/s，上传：高达 0.92 GBit/s）的速度也大大加快，但上传速度与 Exynos 1280 相比没有变化。LTE（Cat.18，下载：最高 1.2 GBit/s，上传：最高 0.211 GBit/s）没有变化。
Exynos 1480 由三星采用 4 纳米工艺制造（三星 4LPP）。
