The connectivity part of the phone has support for 5G NA and NSA networks, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 low energy, GPS, A-GPS, and GLONASS. It also comes with an NFC chip for payment contactless (no contact). At the same time, in terms of the operating system, under the MIUI 11 customization layer, Poco is equipped with Android 12.5. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, 3.5mm jack input, and Liquid Technology 2.0 cooling to keep the phone from overheating under heavy use, whether playing high-performance games or demanding applications.

Despite its imperfections, the Poco X3 GT is another amazing-value phone from Xiaomi. MIUI 12.5 is perfectly usable and has some useful extras over stock Android while largely retaining a stock feel. The screen and cameras may give away the fact this isn't, in fact, a flagship phone but there's no use in complaining about them when you're paying such a low price. You're not going to find better unless you trade off performance, 5G or some of the other features here. Ultimately, the X3 GT is a brilliant choice if you want a budget phone with flagship-like performance and don't mind compromising on the cameras and screen.

The Xiaomi Poco X3 GT smartphone is a real gaming beast for mid-range devices, but at the same time, you have to wait until the phone arrives in your country, as currently, the phone is exclusively in China. If you’re looking for an aesthetic display and a vibrant color experience, the Poco X3 GT phone is an excellent choice for you. The camera’s quality is also suitable for life moments and didn’t have too many problems with low light. At the same time, the phone also stands out in terms of processing and offers exceptional performance, as you will have no problems playing state-of-the-art games. Besides, it has a big battery for long game duration. In short, the Poco X3 GT is a jack of all trades, but it lacks the AMOLED panel. Other than that, everything looks fine on this phone. But if the AMOLED display is your priority and you are looking for an alternative option check out the Vivo S10 Pro smartphone.

Poco X3 GT has a lot of little upgrades which make it a worthy upgrade over the prior X3 Pro. There is a better processor onboard with 5G connectivity. The design language while being less unique is arguably more modern. Despite a slightly smaller battery, we get identical battery life and a heftier charging brick. We lose one 2MP camera but overall results from the triple camera module are better than before. And I think with all the upgrades the overall price is still unchanged from X3 Pro so you can spring for the 256GB storage for just a little bit more compared to the base version. For that inconvenience, you get a lot of upgrades which should help make the X3 GT more future-proof. Poco X3 GT is an excellent smartphone with premium features at an attractive price. That sounds like a winning formula to me.

The Poco F3 GT redefines the idea of a value-focused gaming smartphone. The company has found the right balance of performance and hardware additions like triggers to create a phone that delivers all the goods smartphone gamers need. Unfortunately, the lackluster imaging stops the phone from being an overall winner. That said, there's enough here to give the phone a solid recommendation if you are looking to up your game.

The Poco F3 GT is a fresh addition to the Poco F series after a long time. You get very good performance for the price, and the big battery coupled with fast charging sweetens the deal further. The Poco F1 (Review) did not have the best cameras and the new Poco F3 GT doesn't either – in terms of photo quality, it came second in most scenarios when I compared it to the OnePlus Nord 2. If you are looking to play games on your smartphone, the Poco F3 GT is a good companion. It has physical trigger buttons, stereo speakers, and an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. On the other hand if you want an all-rounder in this price segment, take a look at the OnePlus Nord 2.

The POCO X3 GT 5G checks out everything we need for a smartphone. It has a nice and smooth display, good performance for its class, good cameras, plenty of RAM and storage, has a big battery with fast charging, and is equipped with essential connectivity features including 5G. Starting at PHP 15,990 for the 8GB + 128GB, it’s one of the most affordable smartphones out there with this kind of configuration. And you only have to spend a PHP 2K more for the 8GB + 256GB version for PHP 17,990. So, if you have a limited budget and want to get a phone with the features mentioned above, we highly recommend this phone.

So, the Poco X3 GT is another exemplary offer from Poco and Xiaomi. Putting the confusing marketing, rebranding and availability aside, it is one of the best phones you can buy around the €280/RM1,400/$300/Rs.58,000 mark. It is an excellent smartphone with a thoughtful pick of premium features and sold on a relativity bargain price. What's not to like?

The Poco F3 GT is a great device for gamers looking to buy a good overall phone around the Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 bracket. The phone performs well in day-to-day scenarios and is above average in gaming, even though not quite comparable to flagship levels. There is no NFC, but you do get an IR blaster instead. The camera is not great, but that’s not really why you would buy this phone. The design and the retractable triggers set the phone apart from every other device in the segment, making the phone a solid competitor against similar performing devices like the OnePlus Nord 2 and Realme X7 Max.

Okay, so back to the POCO X3 GT. Starting at the price of RM1,299, I think it’s not bad. The price is not surprisingly low or surprisingly high – it’s just reasonable. It’s still a decent phone – and that Dimensity 1100 definitely surprised me.

The Poco F3 GT is not just an ordinary phone. It’s probably the Poco F2 you deserve. The company has tried something different here by packing the best possible hardware at a very aggressive price of Rs 26,999. You get a slick design, good in-hand feel, a great battery life and one-of-their-kind maglev triggers for gaming. Having said that, the life isn’t as easy for the Poco F3 GT as it probably was for the Poco F1. The mid-premium segment is witnessing more competition than before. OnePlus Nord 2 can easily lure few customers with its software experience and main camera, Realme X7 Max 5G is also an impressive option and if you can extend the budget by a bit, there are Mi 11X and iQOO 7 both of which make for excellent buys. But, for anyone looking for a performance-driven phone, the Poco F3 GT has plenty to offer.

Having handled the Poco X3 GT for a working week we've found some issues with occasional screen flicker that are unusual. We also don't know the price at the time of writing, so cannot assign the handset a score just yet. What we can say, however, is that if the GT's price is well considered then it's got a number of things to shout about: a large 120Hz refresh rate panel, a capable MediaTek processor, and battery life that just doesn't let up.

Overall, it does seem like this is a pretty decent device under the POCO brand. At RM1599, it’s actually quite a good deal for a device of this caliber with 256GB of storage. If you don’t need this much room, you can also get the 128GB variant for just RM1299, although it is worth mentioning that the POCO X3 GT does not support microSD card expansion.

The POCO X3 GT did pretty well in our review, and it’s sure to be yet another great addition to the brand’s already burgeoning lineup in the Philippines. There’s plenty to like here: the performance, the design, the tough display and solid battery numbers make the POCO X3 GT a great choice for anyone looking to make the most out of their buck.

While phone reviewers and tech media alike may be annoyed at the rebranding strategy that results in confusing phone names, there’s no arguing that Xiaomi makes some of the best, if not the best, value smartphones on the market right now. At a starting price equivalent to around $299 for the 8GB RAM, 128GB storage model, the POCO X3 GT has one of the best screens, battery size, and haptics in this price range.
