AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370
AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 170是一款功能强大的 Strix Point 系列芯片,预计将于 2024 年 6 月亮相。该 APU 配备 12 个 CPU 内核(24 个线程),运行频率高达 5.1 GHz,一个 16 CU RDNA 3+ 图形适配器和一个 45 TOPS XDNA 2 神经处理单元。
架构和功能
Strix Point 系列 APU 将采用 Zen 5 和 Zen 5c 内核,后者是前者的一个稍慢、更小、更节能的版本。从 Zen 2 到 Zen 3,IPC 提升了近 20%,而 Zen 4 也有类似的逐代提升,因此可以肯定的是,Zen 5 将带来至少 15%的 IPC 提升。
HX 170 预计将配备超快的 LPDDR5X-8533 内存控制器、令人印象深刻的 36 MB 三级缓存和 PCIe 4.0 支持,每通道吞吐量可达 1.9 GB/s。它还将拥有一个非常强大的人工智能引擎,并且很可能与 USB 4 / Thunderbolt 4 原生兼容,就像其 8000 系列的前身一样。
性能
12 个尖端架构的 CPU 内核应能媲美高功耗台式机芯片,如 酷睿 i7-13700在多线程和单线程工作负载中均可媲美。一旦我们拿到搭载 HX 170 的笔记本电脑,我们将确保更新本节内容。
图形处理
Ryzen AI 9 芯片预计将配备由 RDNA 3+ 架构支持的 16 CU 集成图形适配器。显卡 Radeon 780M是 AMD 目前提供的最强大的 iGPU,具有 12 个 RDNA 3 架构 CU(768 个统一着色器)作为参考 - 这对于在 1080p / Low 下玩 2023 和 2024 游戏绰绰有余。
当然,新的图形适配器至少可以驱动三台 SUHD 4320p 显示器,而且还能对 AVC、HEVC、AV1 等流行视频编解码器进行硬件编码和硬件解码。
功耗
据传,HX 170 的基本 TDP 为 55 W 或 65 W。这样的芯片需要一个相当大、相当重的机箱,并配备强大的冷却解决方案,才能避免发热问题。
预计该芯片将采用 3 纳米台积电工艺制造,以实现较高的能效(截至 2024 年上半年)。
