外壳与连接
小型 Mac Mini 的方形外壳与圆角设计没有任何变化。 小型 Mac Mini 的尺寸不到 20 x 20 厘米(约 7.9 英寸),当然不是最紧凑的迷你 PC,但它只有 3.6 厘米(约 1.4 英寸)高。 将 Mac Mini 放在桌面上显示器的下方是非常合理的。其设计与Apple 的其他产品系列相匹配,而且由于采用了铝制外壳,该设备的质量也令人难以置信。 重量约为 1.2 千克(约 2.7 磅),其中包括电源供应器。不过,由于所有端口都位于背面,因此这种设计也需要做出一定的妥协,这使得快速访问硬盘等外部设备变得更加困难。

存储设备
AP0512Z 使用的是 MacBook Air 上著名的 512 GB 固态硬盘,通过 PCIe 3.0 x4 连接。传输速率非常出色,显然充分利用了 PCIe 连接。与 MacBook Air 类似,配备 256GB SSD 的 Mac Mini M2 入门级版本很可能只使用一个存储芯片,导致传输速率比我们的 512GB 系统下降约 50%,正如我们在测试 MacBook Air 时观察到的那样;在我们看来,这种数据传输速率的下降不太可能给用户带来重大不便。
经过初始设置后,512GB 机型的用户可以访问大约 469 GB 的数据。
图形适配器
Apple M2 SoC 基本上有两个版本,只有 GPU 内核数量不同。小型 MacBook Air 的 CPU 在基本配置中只有 8 个 GPU 内核,而 Mac Mini 的芯片效率更高,有 10 个 GPU 内核。与其他Apple 产品一样,iGPU 的最大允许功率为 12 瓦,而且性能完全稳定。
M2 GPU 的结果符合预期,10 核型号也明显快于英特尔的 Iris Xe Graphics G7 和 AMD 目前的 Radeon 780M。由于目前仍无法记录国内游戏的 FPS 曲线,为了便于比较,我们继续以内置基准的模拟游戏测试为基础。

系统噪音

温度
与笔记本电脑相比,台式电脑的表面温度当然是次要的,因为没有直接接触。不过,在一小时的压力测试中,Mac Mini M2 的顶部最高温度约为 37 °C(98.6 °F),完全没有问题,即使在后风扇出风口,我们也只测得约 42 °C(107.6 °F)。
在压力测试中的表现更耐人寻味,因为在这里可以看到主动散热,与两款 MacBook Air 不同的是,Mac Mini 的 M2 SoC 在综合负载下必须迅速降低功耗,而它的性能却完全保持稳定。我们没有带风扇的 MacBook Pro 13 M2 的具体数据,但在测试过程中,我们测得的功率为 28 瓦,略低于下图。
发言人
